Need serious help on aucitoning off accounts

Alright - my boss doesn't know how to go about it - and I haven't had much luck looking so I was hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

But

I know you can auction off accounts that people owe and have disappeared ( in which case has happened ) to a company that puts a bid in, gets it ( pays you X amount ) and then they go after said person/account to get their money.

Anyone know how to go about all of this?

PM me the information of the deliquent accounts. Company name, debt amount, time debt has been deliquent, etc.....
