this is total bull$hit they are basing the lawsuit that the owner has had his identy stolen..... and these people think they are in trouble..... they protect it up to a million dollars people are just sue happy

It's a federal lawsuit brought upon by Experian for unethical practices by Life Lock. Their point is that Life Lock is doing something that consumers can do for themselves... for free. And they are overusing the service and causing Experian a huge amount of work.
The CEO's identity was stolen but it does not look like he has anything to do with this lawsuit.
