steal doesnt have to melt to make a structure collapse. All it does it need to bend and a structure can fail. Combined with high winds that are present at skyscraper levels giving the fire more oxygen. To fail, steel just needs to bend and have a load on it.

@50% of steels melting point it loses something like 70% of its tensile strength, according to the popular mechanics investigation. Though i doesnt explain the molten river of steel below most the ruble.

i have heard of this film. my only point is too much $$ being made off the event. both sides of this story have too many holes. another thing that has always bothered me, i know the top of a building is heavy as hell, but at some point in the fall wouldn't it have maybe gone to the side instead of pancaking down. other buildings have been on fire for 24+hrs and the steel structure remained and did not fall so who really knows, watch the bohemian grove or whatever the spelling. its a place in california where all the worlds leaders go and do some freaky **** $$$$$$$$$$$

there were explosives on the the floors, it was a controlled demolition of the twin towers. they even showed a video of the puffs of smoke from the floors collapse as it went down. they only showed it once on the news on one station and NEVER showed it again.

i love my country and all an will never hate on it, but the fact that a government could do something so stupid and kill 3000 people, its just dumb.

i've seen that where the puffs of smoke and stuff come out before the floors fall, however there is air on those floors and it has to go somewhere when the floor above is falling on top of it.

Ok let me "try" to put this issue to rest since it seems not very many people actually know that much about how the towers were designed.

Unlike most buildings where the building is supported by steel structures INSIDE THE BUILDING the WTC towers were supported by the EXOSKELETON. The Stainless Steel beams on the outside of the towers were what were holding them up they weren't just asthetics. Each floor with the exception of the loby was a wide open 1 acre layout with only the elevator shafts and stairs taking up space. The reason the buildings went down was that there plenty of **** inside the building that was burnable. The fires traveled up wards causing the floor supports to give. The windows blowing out on each floor above the fire that everyone keeps talking about. That was an individual floor colapsing. the fire spread up and down and the floors simply panckaed on top of eachother until finally gravity and inertia took over causing the buildings to come down.

Also take into account that these buildings were designed 30 years ago and were designed to withstand the impact of a 707. The planes used on 9/11 were much larger.

Why do you say its the government, and what incentives do they have.
Don't just say something with out backing it up.

I personally don't think its the government, because if it was, it would be very public. Look at Water gate, look at Monica Lewinsky, the government is bad at covering **** up. Its people like you that are blind to the facts. Give credit where credit is due, sticking your head up your ass and saying the government did it just distracts you from the next possible attack.

Honestly I don't think the truth really matters, because whatever it is, our lives will not change. You have to ask your self "how far do you want to venture the rabbit hole?" some of the stuff has credence on both sides, but stray too far and you may lose touch with all reality. Play it safe and say the government was not involved, its not sheep mentality when you recognize the situation. Stating the opposite on a public board such as this one or any other publicly accessible web page could lead to future problems including but not limited to employment opportunities. Now days employers search your myspace and facebook and any other info of the "real you".

Alright I didn't really read the thread but heres my part.

All those who watched the great "Zietgiest" (spelling?) movie are idiots. Go look up the religious part and its full of complete crap they mistranslated and misused so they could attack christianity. For instance the "three kings" was never translated into three stars. The funny thing is Zietgiest actually goes on and reproves christainity through the use of the RFI chip (research this if you don't know about it) because of the mention of the mark of the beast in the bible. The Movie puts on a loophole that attacks easy things, religion, the government, 9/11 and so on.

Also, if you are smart enough with the 9/11 stuff. The news reports and fake. Download them and slow them down. The news reports were chopped up and dubbed over.

As for who is responsible for 9/11, I have no side in. It makes more sense that a bunch of towel heads whose bible/koran states that if they meet another human who isnt muslim, they must kill them.... probably had something to do with it then our own corrupt government. Just looking at something as simple as the business world or the true understanding of american capital, you can have quite a bit of faith in the government.
