Job opening: TopSpeed Inc.
Valerie is officially leaving us, she has decided that to further her career she is going to be taking a real job doing some statistical analyst... blah blah blah. She has been a very valuable asset to Topspeed and will be missed greatly.
What that means is we are seeking someone to replace her in the following weeks.
We would prefer a female to fill this position... (sorry guys, we have 6 guys already working here and need some kind of balance.)
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phones
Scheduling all appointments and travels
Purchase orders
Shipping
Reconciling all transactions entered in QuickBooks
Keeping track that all monthly expenses are paid (ie: bills)
Requirements
Self Motivated
Responsible
Honest
Follow Through
Personable
General Knowledge of how a car works and the industry we are in
Full understanding of how to run QuickBooks
Must have reliable transportation
Work Hours
Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm
$ Salary will depend on experience $
