    Default Support Center Analyst Contract Position

    Looking for English, French, or Dutch speaking candidates.

    Position will be working on 1st or 2nd shift / Monday through Friday and some weekend work may also be required.

    SUMMARY OF POSITION
    SC Analyst I
    Receives incoming calls from our internal customers for IT related problems and changes and manages the tickets through resolution.

    Provide computer software support; Windows 2000 and XP, Office 97 Pro, Office 2000 Pro, Office 2003 Pro, Visio, CWS/CMS, Ghost Solutions Suite and Track-It
