need an Appraisalist

i have a capitol one blank check and i planned to buy a 240SX for 8k.

however, thats double the price of NADA/KBB and we need an appraisal. is there anyone here, or anyone with a friend that works at a place that can appraise cars? in the condition the car's in, we wont get 8k, and i need to pay him for the title+parts so he can go ahead and get the parts done.

edit: the minimal price we can write is 7500, so writing a check for the 5200 wasn't an option.

i know a guy with a dealer's license, that's all you'd need. I mean, anyone can 'appraise' a car, however it's only valid if it's from a dealer. I'll give him a call and see if he can jump on here and PM you.
