im pretty sure that you can only get a loan if you are 18 and over, dont quote me on that though, i could be wrong.

Yep, at amsouth you have to have over a 640 on your credit score for a personal loan and being 17 you dont have any credit.

You would probably have to cosign on it with your parent(s)/guardian(s).

you have to be 18 to bind into a legal contract so no there will be ABSOLUTELY NO place but damn couldnt you make payment arrangements with a family member/friend for a whole 65 dollars
