FS: e36 Rear Tan Leather Seats Great Condition 8/10 /w Side Inserts

I have a set of great condition Rear tan Leather seats pulled from a '96 328i. Pulled from a 2DR Coupe. These seats show some wear, but have no rips or burns. A little leather conditioner and they will look like new. They also have the side inserts that go with the seats. These are the parts that dont fold down in the back. Asking for $200 obo. Willing to trade for any of the following:

Double DIN LCDs [will supply cash on my end to make it fair]
Black Leather Rear e36 seats
Decent Subwoofer/Amp combo
Window Tinting + Cash
