1998 BMW 540i Sport Package

Hey everyone, i've decided to sell my 540i, I no longer have a need for it and would like to see it go to a good home.
Black exterior on Black Leather
5 Speed Automatic Transmission with Overdrive, recently rebuilt (have all paperwork with warranty) only 5k miles on it
This is the 1998 Sport Package 540i, meaning it has a stiffer suspension, different wheels, as well as "Shadowline" trim
black leather interior is very clean, no rips, tears, etc.
Lots of new parts! most typical problems with this car have been recently replaced -
New water pump
headlights have been replaced (adjusters break)
front end components (ball joints, tie rods, etc.)
Struts/shocks, very sporty suspension
tires are fairly new and have plenty of tread
instrument cluster display (pixels typically go out)
maintenance items, (air filter, plugs, oil change Mobil 1 Synthetic)
212k miles, however runs flawlessly
M62B44 V8 - 4.4L making 282Hp, and 310LB-FT of torque
as with any older car, there are issues, the trunk only opens sometimes (actuator needs replaced)
No mechanical issues. you could drive this car anywhere
Cold A/C, Hot heat, no leaks.
Aftermarket head unit, sounds wonderful, also have two 10" subs installed, will negotiate whether they stay or not.
20% tint on all windows, professionally done
muffler deleted, sounds very mean (i still have the original muffler if you would want it)
no accidents
I am negotiable, however, no low-ballers, no tire-kickers. more pictures available upon request
