Very easy in general. Not sure about on a 300z, shouldn't be hard.
Edit: Maybe a Z is hard. But on a 1.8T it is incredibly easy. I would never do it, but it's easy.

Well that's not the reason. It's because the BOV can just mount to the charge pipe with a flange. Granted if you want your bov somewhere else the hoses are useful.Originally Posted by plv

typical bov install? you will have to weld the flange on. unless you buy a hotpipe that already has it welded on.
wouldnt u need 2 for a 300zx? i dont even know... but yeah u will have to weld it. also make sure ur z32 is not the NA version lol.

i wasn about to say the same thing. if u want to do engine mods to a 300zx just go ahead and put yourself down for 2. lol!!!!Originally Posted by plv
i assumed he knew what parts he needed.
Get yourself a damn good pair of snap-ring plyers.
the hks ssqv at nopi comes with the flange already welded on the hotpipe.. so welding wont be a problem. i think i just need to take off the front bumper and install it.. it seems like its going to be difficult because everything is so compact in the front
that would make it a "bov kit" and not just a BOV. get it right, gat dammit!!Originally Posted by ilbcnu123
