Do the swap and you'll better understand why. It seems like its as easy as an SR swap, ie just swapping parts, but its not. The entire engine harness needs to be elongated and many things must be changed/relocated to make it work consistantly. I've got 2 cars here now that we're doing the same thing to and including the clips they're total is about $5800 and the motors are relatively stock.
you guys are the shop i just dont understand i know Mainstream just put a 2jz in a mkIII i wonder how much that ran compared to this, i guess if i did the swap id understand but it aint registering for 6k thats like 4k worth of labor is that what im hearing
