I found them. A guy gave me the name off of a nissan only board. Said they were Niche Pultec's and where made in 2002. After searching Google for about an hour it seems that they were very popular at the time, especially among Bimmer fans. Might explain why 18" seems to be the standard for this wheel. But they are very hard to find due to age and probaly the limited number made. If anyone comes across 17x7's with a 4x114.3 please let me know.
