I just installed a new bov on my setup went from a greddy to a tial. I dont think its blowing off, all I hear is my waiste gate. All the vaccume lines are the same. N e 1 ever had this problem?

If everything elses the same, I would guess it's the spring in the tial is too stiff for your boost level.
Tial wastegate is quiet. it is normal. you will only hear it a little if you roll the windows up while boosting.
The spring in the tial bov has nothing to do with its ability to blow off, its only there for whatever vacuum your car runs at when in vacuum.
Rev the car up really hard with your hand and even though it doesnt build much boost you should still be able to see the valve open and SOME air come out.

my greddy type s did that and i am only running 5 psi, i bought a turbo xs rfl and damn that shit is loud.

Good choice, going with the tial. The tial is more about function than making a noise. You're not going to hear it as much as a rfl or greddy. It's more of just a whoosh of air escaping.
