Default i need help ith my set up!

hey guys,i hope that you can help me with this.
i just finished building the head, put together my motor and slapped on my turbo kit, when we crancked the car, it blew mad smoke from the exhaust, after letting it run for a while,it stopped, but the tubo started leaking from the bolts on the exhaust housing and the downpipe flange really bad. so we think it may be a bad turbo, but when i pulled the whole thing off (manifold) saw that oil was coming off of one of the exhaust ports, so i wonder now, what is wrong with the head, my boy tells me that it could be bad valve seals, but i wanna make sure before i start pulling everything out once again (head). i took my head to the machine shop behind lawrenceville autoparts, they charged me close to $300 to do a valve job, install skunk2 valve springs and tittanium retainers, put brand new valve seals from honda, so i dont know whats going on!!! so i dont know what to do now
