My friend has a 95 Hatch with B15 motor...well he just found a turbo kit on a CRX Si and I am assuming that its a B16...Would the same exhaust manifold work for both of them?

Are you meaning a D15 motor? If so then no the b-series manifold will not work. If he has a D-Series in his car then he needs a d-series manifold. the manifolds are just enough difference to not work.
