    Default Does the "turbonator" really work? haha

    I just clicked on the AD for this thing called the turbonator. Just wondering if anyone has ever tried it and if it really works. Seems like a gimic to me but i was just wondering.

    well fuk man im bored at work and this ad kept popping up......and i was like hmmmmmmmm

    add 35hp to my truck hmmmmmmm.......now it's a gimic

    so i went to their website...........totally cheaply made in 3 hours

    but i don't have anything else to do so i posted on IA..........I figured some of these gearheads would know something or fall for it or not

    no it dont ... they are much cheaper on ebay tho... but they dont work, they actually just add more restriction... google it you'll find tons of sites against it... its total BS.

    might as well take an electric blower and rig it up as a "turbo". a Red or Yellow one add's 10 more HP!

    actually....my step dad bought one of thnose for his work van. it was a tornado brand one. its actually improved his gasmileage. dont know how much. but yeah.

    Well, I heard if you add the turbonator AND a whistle tip you would gain about 40-45 WHP.
