    Default K series turbo 646.90whp

**jsut snother find of of k turbo**
dont kneo if its old but pretty cool

    646.90whp/ 522.40tq Stock Block K
I dont know if you guys have seen this or not, but a guy dynoed those numbers on a stock block/head K series. Here is the full post taken from k20a.org :

"We were just chillin at st00pid's shop and decide to realy see what my motor is really capable of doing so I put on some 1600cc injectors and fixed my spark plug problem, so we did and god we were sooooo impressed with the power this car produces, I'm still on the walbro intank fuel pump which is amazing

    Motor:
    K24a1 crv STOCK block
    K20a2 rsx STOCK head
    K20a2 rsx STOCK 6spd Trans
    Precission 1600cc Injectors
    CM Twin Disk Clutch
    Walbro Intank 255lph Fuel Pump
    One-Fab GT35R custom Turbo Kit

    646.90whp - 522.40tq @ 7600rpm

Thanks to Jason AKA st00pid for his wonderfull tuning skills

Could of got more if it wasn't for breaking loose on the dyno doing 5th gear pulls and now we need to upgrade to a bosch external fuel pump"

"Here is the dyno sheet, There is a dip where the boost spikes 29psi and then drops to 24psi. We pulled the wastegate signal line off and let the back pressure push the wastegate's 4psi spring open. I SOOOO wish this was a built motor we could zing to about 9500rpms. "

Thats simply amazing. Thats one of if not the highest HP numbers on a stock honda block. CRAZY

That guy is legit, his name is onix. You have to remember that it is a 2.4L and it has like 9.8 or 9.5:1 compression. It ran a 11.3 on 22" slicks and a STOCK clutch. He has already blown it up though. There is a rsx from puerto rico that makes 623hp at 22psi, the motor has 9:1 turbo pistons, stock head, blah blah.

Who does 5th gear pulls? Because it way breaking loose? Takes a lot more than 600 something to do that.

I call BS also. I thought the walboro in tank 255 pump can only support 550-600whp. After that I thought you had to use an additional inline pump?

Dang. I know stock block s2ks can do 500+ b4 cylinder walls start to crack, but I never thought the K could handle that much. I do believe a frankenstein Kseries could handle that kind of power mainly because I know how much a stock F20c could.

Its true, legit numbers, but the motor popped shortly afer that. rumor is the guy wanted to build it, so they said "let her rip" an purposely blew it up trying to get big numbers out of it.

Any motor can make sick numbers, 1 time. I can make a stock GSR make 500whp, but itll be a shell of a motor when im done with it.

Theres a guy on Tunerzine that has a DAILY DRIVEN STOCK RSX TYPE-S motor making 600whp running 11s.

A straight up GT35R flows enough to make 680hp at the crank, and thats not at 29\24 psi. I'm looking for the compressor map right now but I cant find it. There is no way that I belive he made that power on a 35R.

    IT DIDNT HAPPEN

i dont know man, thats a BIG motor, i beleive it, if daniels 2.0L is making 630 at 28psi, i beleive a 2.4L could make those numbers with less boost.

the problem i have with it, is the RPM. i just dont think you can make 650whp at 6500rpms

that is an insane amount of TQ, yes its a 2.4L , but still, anyone think the "boost spike" they are claiming at the end is a 50shot?

its weird to see that at 4500rpm he's about 400whp...thats a muscle car

it can be...but it can also be that they progressively controlled the nitrous to give a good power band....

example.. Oaksracing's prelude dyno from last year... you cant tell there is nitrous but he's using nitrous to spool up this turbo:

nope, its not going to make that power not on a 35r alone. What turbo is daniel running a 67mm. Thats a little diffrent than a 35r.

well he is running a t4 gt35R, so it could be a 1.01 a/r. I am pretty sure the numbers arnt bullshit. The k is a badass motor, Keller is making 730whp at 26psi on a 4294R no nitrous on a 2.1L. They have posted the shit out of the car on k20a.org. St00pid, has pumped some amazing numbers, hell they are making 500+ on a stock gsr with a pt72!!!.

    There is a big diffrence between a 4294 and a 35r,

    A 4294 is capable of 1100hp (flywheel)

    A 35R is capable or 680hp (flywheel)

I would buy that he is making that power with a 35r and a 100 shot.

yeah the NUMBERS dont SURPRISE me, its the RPM THAT THEY MAKE THE NUMBERS AT THAT SURPRISES ME.

i just dont think 6500rpms at 24psi is enough to make that kinda of power with out nitrous

    whats that, sleeving lol.

these numbers arent fake, the gt35r is a rather efficient turbo, and the k series is more of an efficient flowing motor STOCK than say, daniels built ass head and setup could ever be because of physical limitations.

What turbo is on Daniels car. Is it a straight up Garret 35R. What company built it. What wheel is in it. Because apparently people think 35R is a universal term.

its a strait up garret GT35R that flows 65 pounds per minute. thats the minimum it would take to make these kinds of numbers with k series of course. it gets hardder with the B.
