Default NEED HELP: jdm 4-1 header, skunk2 IM, clutch, flywheel.....

i need some info so i can take my head to the shop tomorrow. here are my question:

    1. first off i was thinking about buying the jdm type r 4-1 header and wanted to know if you had to change the length of the studs or it bolts up fine?

    2. are there suppose to be all studs where the header hooks up or some studs, some bolts?

    3. are there suppose to be all studs where the intake manifold hooks up or some studs, some bolts?

    4. when i tried to bolt up the intake manifold and the hondata gasket, the studs were too short and wanted to know the length i am suppose to replace them with?

    5. what is a good head gasket kit?

    6. what is a good flywheel and clutch combo that i can use without wearing my clutch down quickly? (looking for a good 6-puck clutch and no flywheel under 12lbs.)

    7. what type of cylinder hone should i get to skuff cylinder walls for ring seeding?

if anyone knows any of these, PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT. Thank you.

Forget the JDM 4-1, just get the Ebay 4-1 with 2.5" collector. Its the same thing & it runs for $140 shipped, I know because I'm using one right now.
