    Question 2006 Honda Civic or 2006 Mazda3?

I'm debating on which to get. I really like Hondas new design with the 06 sedans. After seeing a Mazda3 yesterday, I can say that I really like the exterior styling as well.

With the Honda you get reliability, much better mpg, NO OEM HIDS, weaker motor, a car that will be at every intersection by the end of summer. A reliable family car!

With the Mazda it seems the reliability is mixed, OEM HIDS, stronger motor, better steering response, more of a sports car feeling.

I'm going to test drive the mz3, but I'd like to hear from anyone who owns a mz3. I just joined a Mazda3 forum and have been lurking.

    Kind of a repeat:
I'm thinking MZ3 because of the OEM HIDS, not to common, black interior, nice body lines.
I'm thinking Civic because I've been a Honda guy for quite sometime now, like the 2-tier layout, reliability, better mpg, and damn they look sexy with OEM TSX wheels :idb:

It's got to be Automatic as well since this will be my woman's car as well. Got the EG (soon to be K20 powered) for the weekend

    Best joke in 2006

After reading about problems on the mazda board, no way in hell I am getting one now. I'll just keep checking the dealerships to see when they want to come off the sticker price :jerkit:

I dont like how the new civic looks on exterior and I dont like how the radio\cd player is but I love what they did with the gauges and what not. That is sweet.

I like the mazda 3 because like those 5-speed autos with the slap stick.

I love the mazda 3. I drove the Mazda 3 i Sedan not to long ago and it reminded me of an e36 BMW for some reason. I like the tiptronic on it, not seen too much in econoboxes.
