easy my ls/vtec hatch after it got stripped was UGLY!!!! when i went to the street races in ct they would tell me to get off the line but i would go anyways i smoked an h22 accord, b16 hatch, single vtec hatch with juice, gsr coupe. nobody wanted none of my hatch but they still talked shit cause it was ugly. paint was faded and had a stock muffler.400 dollars later i was the one laughing though!hahahahahahahahahaha

another thing is an ugly car is less likely to get stolen. unless your one of those retards who pops vtec near your house or brags and pops your hood for anyone who asks.

hahha yea i think croooks are all the all show guys there just after some rims or ur kit i don think they gunna mess with u if ur car looks like shiet like mine been sitting at the apartment for 5 months never move one bit primered no alarm or anything i guess they never noctice my evo2 catback

go cars are gettin stolen for motor parts, harder to locate and you cant just say " hey, it sounds liek you have my motor in ya car, pop your hood" where as if someone stole ya rims or bodykit, you can accuse them right away, its more visible then motor parts

i like a little bit of both, make it look clean, the era of the body kits and spoilers is gone, trow some of your money in a nice lip, a good suspension set up, a nice paint job, and spend the rest of your savings in the engine bay. make it all go but keep the car clean.

If you are "All show" and you wanna win, you still must have alot of go. Look at Red, Tim W, Marsh, even Jeff G, you gotta do the engine to win consistently. A shiny stock motor is OK, but you need boost, juice, or a swap to win even locally now.
You can be "All go" and get away w/ a thrashed car, but it better be FAST. The difference is simply proof of power in a show winner (which some still have in Dyno sheets and time slips ....Props to Red again) and the All go has an excuse why his car is beat up, even though alot of fast cars look good. The ISP integra is so cool lookin as an example.
Neither is easy nor cheap to build, in the all show, you see where its goin, in the all go, its internals and such. Neither is easy, both deserve respect.

I'm all about the show and go. I think its awesome taking a slow piece of shit like a Lancer Ralliart and making it be able to beat stock Evo's from a roll. My bodykit is so well fabricated that people swear I drive an Evo until I do some crazy FWD burnouts and drifts.

y not just make your all go clean...id rather look at a clean{well mantained,no wires flopen everywhere,good paint,and quality upgrades..no autozone special}fast car than a fiberglassed up thumpin rollen vidio audio store of a car...but thats just me
