    Default passing emissions? integra turbo

well im about to add my turbo to my 97 acura integra ls, and im concerned about the emissions test, whether or not ill pass, its a obo2 97 pretty stock motor t3 turbo, not exactly sure on tuning yet, I know I want hondata s200 or 300, but my wallet isn't to happy at the moment. but if I do get what I want and have tuned, will I face emission problems? if u need anymore info just ask and I will post, but I think I covered it all u need. do I need to get emission test before I add turbo, or will I be fine.

    thanks

You could always wait until your emissions is done and then add the parts, but then you run into next year's emissions.

Whats wrong with paying someone to pass your emission? Do you really think for example a civic with a straight pipe will pass emission? No.....they pay someone

The emission test last 1 year from the time test was done, example

If the test was taken last july 2012 and you got a tag before july this year you can get a tag and title if you just bought the car.

So go ahead and get emissions now and it will last a whole year

Or get your ID changed to where it shows you live in a non emissions county and get a PO box.

7 years and no emissions here.
