OG-Skinny and I had an idea to develop a search engine & app allowing both new and used tire sellers a simple way to control, maintain, & advertise their inventory: connecting buyers with sellers. After brainstorming, acquiring investors, and teaming up with a developer we got the TreadHunter platform underway.

Currently there are over 1,600 tires listed from our beta customers. What we need is IA to find flaws and give feedback! Feel free to check the website out, search for tires (or stores), and sign up for a free private seller's account. It typically takes 50-60 seconds to get a tire listing, including a few pictures, live on the internet and tire retailers have the ability to cross-post to Craigslist using our iOS app. Once a buyer finds the tires they like, they can reserve them which sends an e-mail or text to the seller.

Just about every make & model passenger car tire sold the past 5 years or so is in our database, including the latest Chinese off-brands. If you find a specific model or size is missing please let us know and we will have it up in no time. We are currently working on getting truck tires on and plan to have commercial, industrial, and even motorcycle/ATV tires eventually. Also, we've tried to assemble a complete database of vehicles going back a couple decades for the search. As with the tires, if you find a vehicle isn't in the database or it's incorrect we can correct it!
