    Default Emissions Issue/ looking for a tuner

    I have a stock 1994 Honda Accord. My daughter went to get it tested and the car did not pass. At this stage of the game I am looking for someone who has the capability to hook up their program to see what issues I am having . Thanks in advance.

    They didn't give you a reason for the failure? Is there a check engine light?
