Default looking for advice; registering and titling RHD swap

I want to buy an s2000 rhd clip and running shell up in PA but I am trying to figure out what I will need to do to get it street legal. I have a friend in PA who owns a body shop who would be doing all the work to restore the car.

based on info in this link, a licensed builder may only perform the repairs on the vehicle.

I'm curious how an out of state rebuild would work though? I will contact the DM, but I was just looking for any insight from anyone with experience... thanks!!!!

simple, if the car is already street legal then after the swap it will still be "street legal" so u will have nothing to worry about. lol. ive done rhd swaps and never had a issue
