Boosting my gsr integra asking for a little info?

I recently been peicing together a boost kit for a little while
Motor
B18c1 150k
ebay turbo
drag cast iron manifold
tial wastegate 8psi spring
rc 440cc injectors
blitz bov
Walbro 255lph pump
and all the other turbo parts
piping. Etc


What I'm doing before I installed kit
oem Honda headgasket
arp headstuds



My goal
i wanna put between 240-260 whp
and I wanna be reliable
im going to get the car tuned as soon as it is installing

My info needed???
will this be reliable I'm not gonna abused the car
will I reach my goal with the set up I have
are they other things I should replace before I do turbo the car
