    Default cams for lsvtec

What up ia, i need some help deciding what cams i should run in my lsvtec. Im hoping to get as close as i can get to 200whp. If i can get more than 200, that would be awesome! I have done some research and i saw some nice builds putting some good power using pro1's. Okay well this is my set up:

    b18b1 block with standard bore
    pr3 pistons
    ls rods
    ls crank
    b16 head ported and polished
    skunk2 IM port matched
    70mm blox TB
    Kidd racing header

this is my first build so yeah i am still a noob and any help will be really appreciated.

First of all your bearing clearances is the most important figure those out, you upgrade your rod bolts to arp so you can rev safely in the higher rpm's,upgrade your vavletrain if you haven't cause then you'll just blow your motor up with pro'1 on stock valve train , get a vtec water pump/ timing belt, better oil pump, and maybe bump your compression up with p30 pistons. oh yea don't use kid headers get a big tube tri-y if you want more power.
You should be close to 200 or maybe break it with ur setup with pro1's

I am planning on getting arp rod bolts and def getting the vtec water pump and timing belt. Im looking to get a gsr oil pump too. I was thinking about the p30 pistons but i havent been able to find any, which is why i decided to go with the pr3. I havent bought the pistons yet so if i can find p30 pistons, i will def pick them up. I forgot to mention that i will be upgrading to skunk2 valvetrain. I will look in to the tri-y for more power. Thanks a lot for all the info infamous.

So i have been forced to use gsr cams and stock valvetrain due to having no money. Do you guys think i would still be able to hit 200whp with the stock valvetrain and gsr cams?

I highly doubt it. Maybe around 170 or so.
