Yes, you can fit that...it will have a mild stretch. If u need someone to mount the tires for you, we can knock it out for $10/tire.

i'd get a 195/40 federal tire, 45s are a little too tall, the federals run a little bit wide. So in comparison to the above pic, they'd be a little bit shorter and a little bit wider.

No, we do not have 195/40/15...it is a very rare size due to the 40 series profile.
