    Default Missing link question

    Going from OBD2a to OBD1, so my map sensor is moving from on the throttle body to the firewall. I had a missing link when it was on the throttle body, but I'm now going to Emanage Ultimate i'm not sure if it can "trick" the map into reading without a missing link. So do I need a missing link or can I run without it?

    Also, if I don't need one, will I be okay driving very slow from my house to the tuner?

    why are you swapping the throttle body? the stock map sensors are the same?

    check his thread, his new motor has a map sensor that isnt on the TB.

    then reuse the one with the map on the throttle body is what spoolins getting at and if its not set up with the hookup on top for the evap system run without it and take it off!
