    Bad wheel balancing?

Are all of your lug nuts tightened down?

Double check your lug nuts. I'll bet that's what it is.

the lugs are as tight as i could get them without the studs snapping lol. and ill try a balance soon. thats what all my friends are saying. they also said for the backs, u dont really need them balanced so that could be the issue

every wheel needs to be balanced. every tire has a light spot and a heavy spot, the lightest spot of the tire is usually marked with either a yellow or red dot (when the tire is new). some ppl dont worry with the back bc you cant tell as much as you can with the front, bc you can feel the front threw the steering wheel....

Same here...balance. Ran about 4 sets of Neo Gens with no road noise.

Maybe the tires are cupping. Does it look like this on the inside? Usually this will cause the road noise.

you need to balance your tires cause my 92 civic sedan did the same thing until I balanced my tires. then it stops.

You need to balance all the tires!Dont let them feed you the bs and say you dont need it.Considering if you put the rims and tires on a balancer if they are off more than .25-.50 they need to be balanced and will cause road noise.Probly wont cause vibrations because yes its in the rear and has nothing to do with steering components. But if the tires havent been balanced then you need to get them balanced mines had alot of road noise also.Found out the dumb AMIGO from tiremax left old weights when he balanced them.So I had to get them rebalanced and it went away.

I've run several sets of NeoGens with no problems...not even that cupping BS. How'd you get them to do that?
