    Default 91 octane???

So I have a buddy that has a turbo SOHC civic. The car is tuned and running fine right now. The kicker is he moved to Denver and they only have 91 octane. I don't know if he is having a problem finding a tuner out there or if he wants the same guy to retune it. He asked me if I knew anywhere close that sold 91 octane so he could have his car retuned out here before he ships it to Denver. I have looked everywhere I know to with no luck. I figure that it wouldn't be sold here but maybe a surrounding state?? I don't know, I'm just looking to help a friend out.

93 to 91 is not going to change anything unless hes running crazy timing, and at that point he shouldn't be running either.
