    Question Changing my lip color to red

    I want to change the color of the chrome lip on MY RIMS to red.
    What are my options on doing this?
    is getting it done professionally the only option I have? (cheapest)
    keep in mind it IS a chrome lip so Ive been told I cant rattle can it...

    i bet the lip is not chrome but it is only polished and with that said you can spray paint it.

    edit: just looked and it says "machined lip".. which means??

    machined means not chrome.. sand it and paint it.

    my lip/chrome stripe lol was originally grade A chrome,
    i went and bought some anodized red paint, and clear coat,
    taped it off and painted mine, and it turned out GREAT!
    you can rattle can chrome... not alot of people recomend it though
