Default One thing after another.....cooling system help

Ok here is the car and mods, don't think any of it will matter but.....

    98 Civic
    boosted b18b1
    forged internals
    t3/t4 turbo
    660cc
    255 lph
    tuned on chrome @ 11psi

When I get on it, in higher RPM's under boost, my radiator hose starts to collapse and it forces coolant out from the rim of my radiator cap. My cap is brand new and is 16 lb cap. I was wondering if there was any way of fixing this, other than the metal hoses ($122 @ summit). If it matters it's a 1/2 sized radiator.

steel braided is the only thing I know of. might be cheaper to buy some hose, and then the fittings seperate and make your own, but I'm not sure. Also check samco (?) hoses. I think they are reinforced.

Well I fixed the problem, with a new aftermarket aluminum radiator. Guess it's not a bad thing to have a whole new cooling system.

modify a hose from an old smallblock chevy. they were spring loaded. there may be others but thats all i have off the top of my head.

just read that you fixed the issue... the radiator causing it makes sense though.
