should i paint my steelies if so what color would go good on a black 94 accord.

or, should i keep my hub caps until i have enough money for actual rims.

or, paint my hubcaps...?

Generally speaking, from the painted steel wheels that I have seen on Import Atlanta, they are usually not painted at a level of technique that enhances the overall look of the vehicle. There are, however, exceptions.

(IMHO) Save money. Buy wheels.
