i want to lower my ej8 sedan

my friend gave me some unknown aftermarket springs which originally came on his integra gsr.
they provide a 2"-2.5" drop.

will they fit on my civic?

if thats possible and i go ahead with the switch, how long will my stock shocks last???

the springs will work just fine..

but i had some lowering springs on my last car and the shocks lasted me about 4 months. untill they went out

springs should be fine. stock shocks wont take the abuse to long

they are a direct fit. as far as your shock cant give a time frame. to many factor to say.

I have skunk2 springs on mine.. and my stock struts have lasted over 2 years..

how much of a drop is that?? These are supposed to lower the height by 2 inches.. i plan on keeping my painted steelies...
