Well what do you think you will trap then? I trap 108 on street tires and having to roll off the line.
I think I'll trap somewhere between 105-107 with a good tune and learn to drive it well. It's not on the 1st page for the build but the car will be on spray.

There is probably no way you will trap that high. You might be able to squeeze enough experience and technique to get all you can out of mid 90's. But 105-107 has the potential speed to be a mid 12. I don't think that will happen but just call me a pessimist.Originally Posted by Supraboy87T

That's what I've been told and researched that I could possible make. I don't care what I make on the quater mile I just wanna hit my hp goal in all honesty. Thanks for your input man I appreciate others views and opinions. I just need to hurry up and get it done now that I finally got the damn motor out, been waiting to make time from work and school to pull it and finally did on Monday. Now I gotta get all the parts ordered and send it off to the machine shop. Have them reassemble it and get it to a shop for a tune. It's been out of the game for a year now and I wanna bring it back in a big way, well for me it will be atleast, so we'll see how it goes.

Well that's not all motor then lol. But your statement would be correct.
with a full dress street car if your not afraid to push it a little mid to low 13's should not be a problem. The axle's were my weakest point after a 13.2 in my street dress with slicks.

I need to run slicks. I can probably run a low 12. Just been too lazy to buy them lol. But what kind of time frame are you looking at to getting this thing down the track?

What brand are those retainers? So I never buy them.
They are bisimoto retainers. So I'm pretty pissed that I had a problem but they are correcting it so it's all good. It should be up and running soon. I'll gladly let anyone that wants to see it run. I can't wait to see it run myself but i kind of have too.

It's Goza Machine Sop in Acworth and this build is going back into my EJ1. It has 219985 miles on it. Thought it could use a rebuild and a little modification.
