Dc sports is not a bad header especially for a d-series all you would have to do is change the collector to a bigger size like a 2.5. Also getting a throttle body bigger than 60mm your going to loose a shit load of trq especially on a n/a d. Im running a stock one and i can pretty much guarantee ill make more than 130wtq

Use stock z6 tranny or swap for a newer ex tranny aka (out of a ek)? Isn't gearing different? And stuff in the op in parentheses.
same gearing, forks are made of different materials is about the only difference.

LOL I hear you. But I've always kinda wanted to build a D-series all motor just for shits and giggles. It's great to see peoples faces when you beat them and they have a B-series and you got a littlle ole D-series.
