how about for a stock b-series with I/H/E...jw
you can run the bkr7e-11 or bkr7e just the gap would have to be more than.28
thanks...i usually just get the NGK IX Iridium Spark Plugs...
The 11 means that they come pregapped at .044". I am not sure what the gap on the bkr7e will be but in either case you need to gap them at .028" like everyone has said. The 7 heat range will be fine for the power you are looking to make. Also, you can normally get the 7s at the autoparts stores but the 8s and up have to be ordered.

Anyone run that new E3 plug for boost?
I am also running the BKR7E (#6097)as well but I saw HP TV used this plug and it gained HP and better emissions however it was on an N/A car so I was hoping if someone had any experiences with it.
According to their plug guide BKR7E-11 = E3.64 and since we can't re-gap them I am not sure if this will work or not.....just something new to try
Thanks
EK needs a new tune? baby needs more boost so a good tuner is needed....anyone?
E3 is garbage. I ran those plugs in my car and they made my car run terrible. I went back to the NGK plugs, and I will never run anything else other than NGK.![]()
cust brought his car in to be tuned and the plugs were garbage. swapped back to bkr7e and gapped them and he is all good.

^^^ This style of plug may not be "gap-able", maybe if you measured all 3 on each plug.
bkr7e @ .028 , NGK Part Number #4644 $1.89/ea. ftmfw
they usually come at .030-.032 which is fine for boost lower than ~12psi depending on the ignition system, at 22psi i've never blown out spark when gapped to .028
we've dynotested the capacitor type spark plugs in a 350z and made more with regular plugs, wasn't much but $1.89/per plug is better than 25 bucks EACH lol.
i'll z you later josh green ^^ traction ftmfw

I was tuned and been using the NGK part number 4091, R5671A-7 for over a year now. I gap them to the width of one of the metal prongs on your 20 amp regular fuse.
