    you talking like if a wheel is +15 or whatever?

    don't hold me to it, but i think its like the mm out it is. not really sure. thats what i always thought it was though.

    Yeah I think you mean wheel offset.
    The higher the offset, the further inward the wheel goes into the wheel well.
