Default who does wheel lip repair?

anyone have any recommendations for a shop who can fix polished wheel lips? i picked up another set of wheels and theres some imperfections in the lips.. some small gouges/chips that need to be filled in and sanded to smooth. can somethiing like this be done by just adding some weld and sanding it down?

youd have to find a shop that will weld aluminum, and be able to sand and polish. there are a couple places like metro wheels and hotwheels? i think.

haven't tried them just because their prices are outrageous. my techs can weld aluminum with no problem. they can also polish.. they just haven't done so on a wheel lip before.

guess i'll just do some more research and hopefully find a write up of how to do it. appreciate the help thus far.

Dunno if they do polished, but all you have to do is call and ask. I had a friend work for them and they did some amazing repairs.

Yeah wheel wizard can do it but they charge 140 a pop. Thats just like buying a brand new wheel.
