03 cobra vs. S2k who would handle better around a track.

This is not a contest and mind you I love the Cobra. The S2000 is lighter, lower, with lower inertia for one. The car has less mass, its smaller in size.

The Cobra handles fine and would out run it on straights but the S2000 is a blast in handling.

Right, but the S2000 wouldn't walk away from a Cobra even in turns.
