i ran across a deal on a skyline. but its supposed to be exported out of the us within 30 days. does that mean it cant be used as a track car? thats all i would use it for.

Once its been flagged to be sent back you have to prove that it was. If you want a track car there's plenty of them available that haven't been flagged yet.

if it's the cars in Macon or Newnan they need to be destroyed or shipped out. already flagged and they have no paperwork with them
