    Default Smoke and boost

OK! ive heard mixed rumors as far as having a tiny bit of smoke and boost. the worst is your engine will blow etc. is this true? and what are my chances of this actually happening with all stock internals

Nearly every boosted honda ive ever seen even with fresh engines smoke. Its normal with a safe AFR in boost to get a little fuel smoke (black). Its very common for turbo engines to use a little oil as well since blowby is increased greatly. The only way you will blow your engine is to run it low on oil, have a bad tune, or try to make to much power for your internals. Smoking doesn't actually hurt in small amounts.

Like my coke dealer used to say, "too much of anything is bad for you, so EVERYTHING in moderation."

I don't know if that will help you or not, but it looks like some awesome advice.

as long as you dont get too boost happy and crank it up you will be fine. its just compressed air.

with any honda motor on stock internals, you should be able to run safely around 8psi and be fine, just get a good tune and don't go boost happy like Cam said.
