WTF! 70k+ for an m3?

That car makes HPF M3's look stock. It's pretty famous in the E46 turbo scene as it led the way proving they can make disgusting numbers. Boris has it in his avatar (or did). He posted dyno sheets and it made over 1100whp at one point.
IIRC he had it for sale for 45k about 8 months ago, I don't know why it's 70k now..
