    Default where to start??

    ok i have a b18c type r on a 95 ej1 now that i ahve her running normal and stock where do i start?performance wise,the car came with no name headers and a apexi n1 exhaust,i want good power but not dramatic would 215 be reachable and what would get me there?
    92 DA9 with a b20 on 8lbs daily
    DALLAS 8-4 1st in the nfc east

    215 wheel or 215 crank? Gonna need a pretty good bit of work to hit 215 wheel. Gonna be more dramatic than you want if You don't build them yourself. With a stock port head, it is kinda like hitting a wall at 200 whp, and after that, becomes a little harder for the B series head to make power. gonna definitely need cams, valvesprings and retainers, higher compression, intake header exhaust. With a touch of luck and magic you should get it.

    the car already has a port and polish and a 3 angle valve job

    Your answer is there. Period, end of story.
    12.5 compression, and higher displacement is the only path your gonna be able to go down to break the 220 barrier.

    You can hit 210ish with pro1's and remain VERY daily driveable.
    Pro2's are obviously getting a good amount more aggressive, but you will not see much of a difference without your head work.

    AEBS intake manifold, port matched, and large throttle body are some of the best parts to go with.

    bump the cr, get some nice set of cams..might not hit the 215 mark but around 200..unless you have money up the a$$ than that would be a different story..

    so tell me what you guys think about this.Since my motor already has a high compression ill leave it like that.Ill just add bolt ons for a good amount of power ill be happy with 200whp even.

    Skunk2 intake manifold
    Skunk2 pro cams
    Skunk2 throttle body
    Aem cold air intake
    Kidd racing header
    and a new apexi n1 since my current one is blown

    gonna need pro2's for that kinda power. Gonna need about 12:1 or so.

    yeah sorry bout that thats what i meant,and my motor technically comes with a compression of 11.1 so i think i would be good right?

    You could get really close with that set-up and a good tune.

    i think you should do well with the pro1s but i wouldn't go any stage higher unless you bump the cr up..but anyways...i wouldn't waste money on the sk2 manifold..since you already have an itr one..but if you really want to..go with the edelbrock mani..just my

    Done get the intake mani... your Type R is good!!! unless you want to sell it to me!!

    O and yes to the Vteckidd header they are GREAT

    And for the cams your R cams are good too but stage 2 would be more agressive i guess....

    what intake system do you have? short ram or CAI?

    maybe thinner head gasket

    well right now there is no intake since im not driving her yet but im looking to get an aem cai,unless you guys recommend something else,also what company makes good head gasket?and tomorrow ill start by putting some new motor mounts on i know im loosing power cause of that i can shake the engine on the car imagine driving it,
