Default Is there a Ferrari SUV???

First, I know they were/are coming out with one. However, I have a close friend in San Digeo that swears he has seen a Ferrari SUV... I said there is no way, so much so that when we were in Vancouver waiting on a bus we called the 2 largest Ferrari dealers in the US and the comfirmed that there was NEVER a SUV...

So today my friend calls me saying he is parked right beside one, there is a badge on it that reads, "Forza" and he is going to send a pic...

My guess is that someone rebadged a SUV with a Ferrari badge, or am I wrong and there really is/was a Ferrai SUV?

    All help is GREATLY appreciated!

Everything posted thus far is speculation outside of Ferrari and non of the renderings are from Ferrari.

The date on yours is over a year. ^

Motortrend interview with Luca (Ferrari CEO and Scuderia Ferrari Director)...

"Future Ferraris, he says, will be safer, more economical, and able to run alternative fuels-though not diesel. And he won't make an SUV. "We have no credibility there, we are not Porsche." He defends the rise in numbers of cars sold annually, saying it's not a loss of exclusivity in mature markets but a growth in new markets that's driving it. And he won't build an entry-level car. "Used cars are our entry cars. We are not going to do any Dino. No way. Or a small or cheap Ferrari...what do you mean small? Less technology, less innovation...no, no, no. I don't know why that story came out, I deny it."

Your friend is a liar or thinks you are stupid enough to believe him.

Calm down chief. I would not have asked if he didn't call today.
Truthfully, its more of an inside joke because its the type of friend that will persist to believe he is correct even when "professionals" tell him otherwise.

Your friend was probably parked next to a La Forza suv. They were shitty italian military vehicles that never sold much over here. Lambo made an SUV back in the day meant for Sultans and other wealthy desert folk. It looked kinda cool but still had the shitty Lambo V12 engine.

An SUV would be an affront to the company...probably the reason the Pinin concept was never given a second thought.

No. What your fried saw was a LaForza. I owned one. It's an Italian Military SUV that they brought to the US and put Ford V8s into them. You will most ntably recognize it as the Popemobile. I loved mine, 6,000 lbs, Leather Interior, towed 8,000 lbs, 18 gauge body panels and security glass, really thick shit. It's officially the only commuter vehicle to break the 30mph crash barrior when tested.

It looks like a muscular Trooper. Heres a photo.

It is not a Ferrari SUV, though it is usually listed as such on for sales and people always call it that because it's Italian. Ask anyone that saw mine, it was a brute. Some came with Supercharged 302s. It's a badass.

Speaking of random Suvs, whos every heard of the Monteverdi Safari and Sahara? It is Swiss but the rest of the lineup is sporty cars.

Yes, That is an International Scout with a huge makeover.

EDIT: Sorry it was The Youngn's Porsche I was parked next too, its been some time ago and I just remembered the Porsche.
