Default Good Cam and gear setup for a D16 head... (I know I'm catching crap for this build)

Any ideas.. since I'm working towards a build of a D15/16 for allmotor and I know there are better motors but I want to go fairly inexpensive and not have to do a full swap. Just wondering since I want to get most of everything together before I build the block and do the head swap...
