    i got a b16a, when i got the motor i started it with a p30 ecu and had a hard with codes after codes. so i got a p28 today and as i was driving it threw a code 10, and 13... what can it be. oh and the motor is only reving to 7,000 rpm what can it be?

    10 IAT - intake air temperature sensor
    13 BARO - atmospheric pressure sensor

    how can i fix this?

    iat is the white sensor on the intake manifold and baro is your map sensor.

    i take it that both of those are bad?.. hate my car i cant wait to get it running right and then time to sell it or trade..

    Baro is not MAP, Baro is actually inside the ecu in most hondas, and as for the IAT, make sure you have the right one plugged in, should have a red w/ white and a green wire. to the white sensor. Or the sensor itself could be bad.

    baro is in the ecu, but I also ran into customer car that threw the same code. Threw in another ecu that works and still threw the same code. Change out the map problem solved.

    map usually trips before baro, but if the map and baro are too far off from each other regarding atmospheric reading it'll throw baro code. happens commonly if you run an afc with large corrections or if the map sensor is stuck away from atmospheric koeo.
