    Default Exhaust gasket help?

I have looked everywhere and I can't find a freaken exhaust gasket set to fit my damn turbo. I need help. This is what I'm dealing with:

The casting number on the exhaust side says A/R.48 M3 and the set of gaskets in the pic are from a t3/t4 from egay. I have looked and looked and I can't find anything, I'm going crazy. Please help! If you can direct me to a site that sells them that would be great. Thanks.

i know it's kinda ghetto...but i had the same problem on my old KA-T setup. i ended up making a gasket out of 2 soda cans (traced the flange, and cut the cans, then over-layed the two pieces...basically had a 2 piece gasket). i later went back and got a piece of sheet metal and made the gasket from it (.125 gauge). the coke can gasket leaked A TINY BIT, but the sheet metal worked out just fine.

you should be able to get a small stock of sheet metal from a building supply company (like GRAINGER), or if you know someone at a body shop or even an aircraft mechanic (where i got mine). good luck

EDIT: i just thought about it...DIESEL INJECTION might sell the proper size gaskets to fit. bring them the turbo or just give them the info off of the data plate.

If you've got everything tight, you shouldn't really need one on your DP. I'm not running one, and have no leak there at all. I THINK summit sells high heat gasket material. Not 100% on that. The bi-metal foil stuff. To where you can make one for your upper flange.

I just ordered some copper sheet and I'm gonna make my own gaskets. Thanks for the help guys. Merry Christmas.
