    ok i dont wanna sound like a noob i know how harsh IA can be but i have a mugen chip for a crx not sure wat motor and i wanna know if itll go in my obd2 d16y8 99 civic heres wat the chip looks like

    its a 89-91 DOHC ZC. so sry but u cant use it.

    to use those style chips you would need to get a obd2 to obd1 conversion harness and then also a obd1 vtec ecu that has been moded to fit the chips. Or go with a Apexi vafc

    the decal says mugen for a pm7 which is an obd0 ecu. you won't want to go obd0 and it's probably some bootleg tune w/ a mugen decal...not really mugen.

    you'll want to get an obd2b-obd1 conversion harness from www.boomslang.us and a socketed/chipped p28 and get it tuned for your setup specifically.
