I'm actually quite looking forward to a TT motor on a mustang. And they have been doing Convertible Mustangs for decades, why stop now?Quote:

Personally I like it. I think that revised front and rear fascias are a huge improvement over the last model. The interior improvements so far look great. There were a few things that I hated in the old ones and so far it looks like the redesign has fixed some things that I hated.
Still waiting to see the Ecoboost engine in it. Guessing that is what will be the big surprise in January that they were talking about.
Also the power packs. I can't wait to see the details on those released.
Can't believe they will be released in March.
Any pics of full car? TV in dorm doesn't work.
I guess you'd call putting a Ford GT into a light car body a Mustang too right? Oh wait, you do. Figures.Quote:

Plus I will reiterate. Most Camaros sold did not have Corvette powertrains anyways.
meh, it looks alright, but the front ends a bit goofy looking to me and the tail lights blow
Why would they EVER do what you were suggesting? that would completely take away from the name "Corvette"Quote:

the 2010 camaro does have IRS if that helps.........and who cares corvettes are not amazing,i love them but they arnt...camaros are corvette performace on a budget...like how a Z06 is a supercar on a budget
i dont know wat else i can say
I went back and did a comparo of the camaro and the new rustang. And base for base I don't know why anyone would get the base mustang over the base camaro
Yes, the new Camaro does have IRS, and is much more like an actual "Budgevette" like people have always tried to push the Camaro. It isn't a cheap alternative to a vette because for quite a long time it was a heavy unbalanced Solid-rear muscle car that needed quite a bit of work to get to Corvette performance levels. The budget part went out the window if you wanted it to perform like a Corvette. The new Camaro might finally be something different, and it might also still be too late to save GM from the pit they dug themselves, which breaks my heart. And I'll be honest, I don't think the Z06 is a supercar on a budget. It's hardly cheap and they aren't really supercar fast. Put it up against some of the lower-end supercars, maybe an F430 or even a Gallardo, and you don't see similarities. You put it up against a Porsche 911 Turbo and it's still not quite there yet in some departments. The point of my argument was that they did EXACTLY what I said in the new Pontiac GTO. It worked in Australia because they DIDN'T have this "Vette Culture" surrounding everything. Australia likes the kind of cars most Americans should like. There's no reason for the GTO's sales to be LESS than the Vauxhall VXR's. It's ridiculous!Quote:
